PROGRAM – 1
Ivory Coast Tour | 04 Nights / 05 Days
Abidjan – Abengourou – Yamoussoukro – Toumodi – Abidjan – Grand Bassam

Day 01 : Arrive Abidjan
You are met at the airport, assisted and transferred to your hotel.

Day 02 : Abidjan – Abengourou
Drive to Abengourou (Indénié kingdom). Assist a fetish woman dance.
Visit villages on the way: We stop in some Attie villages to visit the villages, their markets, meet people and see them in their daily activities. Visit the museum of Royal Attributes a former royal palace. We stop also to visit Coffee and Cacao plantations. The visit of Abengourou includes the Ecole des Beaux arts, the popular market etc.

Day 03 : Abengourou – YamoussoukroYamoussoukro  – Toumodi
Drive to Yamoussoukro stopping at points of interest: We have Agni villages where we stop for some curiosities. Visit the sacred fish in the lake of  Gongouanou, the fruits market in Timodi etc
In Yamoussoukro visit the Cathedral Notre Dame de la Paix and the polytechnic High school. Time permitting drive outside to visit a village before we get to Toumodi for overnight.

Day 04 : Toumodi – Abidjan
Morning drive to Abidjan. Check in the hotel and then go on a short tour of Abidjan the cathedral Saint Paul, witness near Banco park an unforgettable spectacle, hundreds of Fanicos (washer men, no women), jam together in the middle of a stream to wash clothes.

Day 05 : Abidjan – Grand BassamDepart Abidjan
After breakfast drive to Grand Bassam the colonial capital city where we will visit the French colonial district, the costume museum; the craft center; the governor “Binger” palace, first colonial governor, the Arianne Monument symbolizing yellow fever epidemic disease at the colonial period. Visit the reputed market for souvenirs shopping.
Return to Abidjan, where you are dropped at the international airport to get your onward flight in time.

– Check-in / out time is 12 noon at most of the hotels.
– Extension to other places is also possible with a minimal extra cost.
– A visa is required and must be obtained prior to your departure from your Country.
– If quoted hotel is not available, we will provide one of a similar category and standard.
– Small deviations in the tour program are sometimes necessary, depending on weather, road conditions, flight schedules and room availability.
– Sometimes, there is no relevance between the distance and time of travelling, as it depends upon the condition of the roads and congestion of the traffic.
– In case the government changes presently applicable taxes, increase in airlines prices, fuel surchargeour rates will need to be adjusted accordingly.
– While every effort will be made to maintain the itinerary, in view of local strikes etc that are beyond our control all schedule and itineraries are subject to last moment changes.

PROGRAM – 2
Cultural Tour of Ivory Coast | 05 Nights / 06 Days
Abidjan – Man – (Yacouba – Dan countries) – Biankouman – Man – Konde Yaokro – Yamoussoukro – Bongouanou – Abidjan

Day 01 : Arrive Abidjan
International flight arrives in Abidjan. You are met at the airport after exit, and transferred to the hotel. Start tour of Abidjan time permitting.

Day 02 : Abidjan – Man(Yacouba – Dan countries)
Drive to Man, town of 18 mounts, and capital of Dan country. Have lunch in Issia.  Arrive and visit the village of Gbelpeu where the Dan and Yacouba people will welcome us in a traditional manner. Return to the hotel after visit. Diner and ovenight.

Day 03 : Man – BiankoumanBiankouman – Man 
Today, you visit Biankouman an old Yacouba – Dan village. Visit the painted houses, the house of the initiated women, see some public fetish. Exchange with the elder and return to Man. After lunch visit the village of Blole. After greetings formalities assist some masks dance (Glah and Temate). You will also assist the dance of young girls.

Day 04 : Man – Konde YaokroKonde Yaokro – Yamoussoukro
Head to Kondeyaokro the village of Baule weavers. Have lunch in Yamoussoukro. Arrive and meet the chief of the village. Visit the Baule families then continue to the sacred forest. Late afternoon see the Kpekple and Baule masks. Return to Yamoussoukro and overnight.

Day 05 : Yamoussoukro – Bongouanou
Drive to the Morofoue Kingdom. Tour of the village in the afternoon: In Akakro the youth of the village will invite you to a traditional game and folklore.
In the night we go to the village of Kangandi about 1 KM where the king and his court will welcome us with a ritual. Then story tellers will entertain us along the night. Return to the hotel and overnight.

Day 06 : Bongouanou – Abidjan – Depart Abidjan
After breakfast, drive to Abidjan where you are dropped at the airport. On the way visit the village of Songonagban.
