Fatehpur Sikri is a small city in northern India, just west of Agra, founded by a 16th-century Mughal emperor. Red sandstone buildings cluster at its center. Buland Darwaza gate is the entrance to Jama Masjid mosque. Nearby is the marble Tomb of Salim Chishti. Diwan-E-Khas hall has a carved central pillar. Jodha Bais Palace is a mix of Hindu and Mughal styles, next to the 5-story Panch Mahal that overlooks the site.
Abhaneri, also spelled Abaneri, is a village in the Dausa district of the Indian state of Rajasthan. Abhaneri is popular for the Chand Baori step well and Harshat Mata Temple.

Jaipur is the capital of India’s Rajasthan state. It evokes the royal family that once ruled the region and that, in 1727, founded what is now called the Old City, or “Pink City” for its trademark building color. Pushkar is a town bordering the Thar Desert, in the northeastern Indian state of Rajasthan. It’s set on Pushkar Lake, a sacred Hindu site with 52 ghats (stone staircases) where pilgrims bathe. After breakfast, On the way from Ranthambore, stop at Fatehpur Sikri which was one of the capitals of the Mughal emperor Akbar. A UNESCO World Heritage Site, its red sandstone palaces combine Indian architecture with those of Iran and Central Asia.
In the early afternoon, express train to Sawai Madhopur and continuation by road to Ranthambore. Ranthambore Park is closed from July to September.

Delhi – Delhi is a large city with a lot of movement and a population of 14 million inhabitants. Furthermore, it is the capital of India. An almost perfect combination of antiquity and modernity, Delhi includes Old and New Delhi, it has something interesting for every traveler. Between monuments that are 500 years old and very modern shopping centers, there are bowling alleys and golf courses. Delhi is truly the Jewel of India.
After going through Migrations, one of our representatives will be waiting for you to welcome you and deliver a package with all the necessary documents, will also arrange your transportation to the hotel and assist you at check-in. There will be no activities on the first day, because most international flights arrive in India around midnight.

After breakfast, proceed on a tour of Old and New Delhi. The 17th century tour of the old city includes the famous Jama Masjid mosque, the main avenue of Old Delhi where there is a colorful market called Chandni Chowk Moonlight Avenue.
They will also visit the Red Fort, one of the most famous architectural works of the Mogols, built by the Mogol emperor, Shah Jahan, between 1638 and 1648, passing Raj Ghat, the site of the cremation of Mahatma Gandi. New Delhi includes the Qutab Minar, one of Delhi’s best-known sites, built in 1199, and Humayun’s Tomb, forerunner of the Taj Mahal.
They will visit the incredible Rajpath “Route of the Kings”, passing the Gateway of India dedicated to the memory of unknown soldiers, the House of the President and the Congress. Get away from the city a bit by visiting Birla Mandir, a very colorful modern Hindu temple. Free afternoon.

Jama Maszid – Jama Masjid of Delhi is the largest mosque in India. The Jama Masjid is located in the old city. It stands in front of the Red Fort across the road. It projects beautifully into the Old-Delhi skyline. It was built between 1644 and 1658.
Raj Ghat – The memorial of the Father of Nation, Raj Ghat is located amidst a lush garden. The last utterance of Gandhi “Hey Ram’’ is inscribed on his cenotaph in golden letters. There are two Gandhi museums in the premises namely Gandhi Memorial Museum and Gandhi Smriti Museum.
Lakshmi Narayan Birla Temple – This is a relatively modern temple build in 1938 by the industrialist B.D. Birla. The temple was the favourite place of worship of Mahatma Gandhi.
President House – Rashtrapati Bhawan was formerly known as ‘Viceroy’s House’ and was occupied by the Governor-General of India, until independence. Also known as President’s House, the building holds a prominent position in New Delhi. It has 340 decorated rooms and a floor area of 200,000 square feet. Designed by the British architect, Sir Edwin Lutyens, this classical building uses colors and details peculiar to Indian architecture. It was completed by 1929 and was officially inaugurated in 1931.
Parliament House – The Parliament House of India is located in the northwestern side of the Vijay Chowk in the vicinity of the secretariat buildings. The parliament house marks governance of the world’s largest democracy. The Parliament House of India has a central hall topped with a domed structure and three semi circular chambers. These chambers were initially assigned to house the council of state, legislative assembly and the chamber of princes
India Gate – Situated on Rajpath, in the center of Delhi, this 42-meter high arch, was designed by Edwin Lutyens, in memory of the Indian soldiers who sacrificed their lives during the first World War. Their names can be seen inscribed on the arch. The Amar Jawan Jyoti, an eternal flame, burns in memory of the unknown soldier, beneath the shelter of the arch, which is surrounded by green lawns, fountains and water bodies – an evergreen picnic zone in the heart of central Delhi.
Qutab Minar – Built during the reign of Sultan Qutub-ud-din Aibak in 1199 A.D., this 72.5 m high pillar is a symbol of the Delhi Sultanate. Near it can be seen the ruins of Kila Ri Pithora, the fort of Prithviraj Chauhan, and an amazing iron pillar from Gupta times which has not yet rusted.

Miniatures painted on the walls depict hunting and war scenes, apart from festivals. Precious stones and mirrors are embedded into the plaster. Inside the Fort visit the Jag Mandir or the Hall of Victory. Inside the Jag Mandir is the famed Sheesh Mahal – a room with all the four walls and ceiling completely embedded with glittering mirror pieces, which were specially imported from Belgium during that period. Enroute to Amber Fort, you will have a brief photography stop at Hawa Mahal – the Palace of Winds.
Afternoon city tour begins with a visit to the Maharaja’s City Palace, the former Royal residence, part of it converted into a museum. A small portion is still used by the Royal family of Jaipur. Built in the style of a fortified campus, the palace covers almost one-seventh in area of the city. Abhaneri; one of the places near Jaipur, is a small village in the Dausa district in North Rajasthan. Abhaneri village is located at a short distance of 95 Kms. from Jaipur on Jaipur-Agra highway. The village is famous for its ancient Step well called ‘Chand Baori. Step wells are a unique concept of India and were used extensively around Rajasthan by erstwhile kings and rulers of different regions of Rajasthan. These step wells were used as reservoir during monsoon to store water for harsh summer.
Within these step wells, they used to build few palatial rooms that can be used once the water level drops. Very intelligently designed, the architecture of these step wells was very useful for storing water as well as making it a temporary residence to avoid summer heat.

Taj Mahal – Described as the most extravagant monument ever built for love, it was constructed by Mughal emperor Shah Jahan as a memorial to his queen Mumtaz Mahal, made out of white marble took 22 years to complete (1630-1652 AD). Ustad Ahamad Lahori, a Persian Architect, is said to be the main designer and planner for this magnificent memorial.
Mehtab Bagh – The Garden complex, situated on the opposite bank of the Taj Mahal, is known as Mehtab Bagh, or “The Moonlight Garden”. Recent excavations revealed a huge octagonal tank furnished with 25 fountains, a small central tank and a baradari on the east.
The site is also associated with the myth of black Taj, but the excavations have provided ample evidence for a garden complex. This is also corroborated by a letter of Aurangzeb, addressed to Emperor Shah Jehan stating the condition of this garden after a flood in 1652 AD.
