It is one of the finest examples of Mughal architectural splendour. It was constructed mainly as a tribute to the great Sufi saint Shaikh Salim Chisti who had blessed Akbar with a son. Though the city is in ruins, it is a must visit place for those who visit Agra.

After breakfast, enjoy a full day sightseeing tour of Jaipur. Enjoy a safari up to the famous 17th century Amber Fort. Thereafter, visit the enchantingly beautiful City Palace, a fine blend of Rajasthani and Mughal architecture, now housing a museum containing rare armories, manuscripts, and paintings. Later, visit the Hawa Mahal Palace of Winds, the landmark architecture of Jaipur built of pink sandstone. Have breakfast and proceed to Golf Club. Starting a Golf Course in Chandigarh was conceived in the 50’s, it took almost 10 years for it to take shape. In 1960 a piece of land was allotted and the club was established with an initial membership of just 10 Golfers. The 09 Hole course was enlarged to 12, when the benevolent governor – who surrendered a major chunk of land from his official resident – granted additional land to the club in 1966. It was only as late as September 1983 that a regular 18 Hole PAR 72 Course was finally laid out over Sprawling 132 Acres.

The tracts at guindy are flat and fast. Tracts are encircled by the out of boundaries racetrack. This club is located in the vicinity of the green landscapes. This apart, the thick rough and water tanks also dot the area. The interesting part however still remains to be mentioned here is that it has unpredictable hindrances like the racehorses on their workouts. Speaking from the actual viewpoint of the game, the first hole on this course is PAR 04 at 415 yards. The evening is scheduled for a game of golf at Royal Springs Golf Course, an extremely beautiful golf club, surrounded by lush green forests and snow-covered mountain peaks (Up to 9 Holes). Back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

On day 2, move on to Royal Golf Spring, a golf club spread over 300 acres. This golf course has been designed by world-renowned American Golfer Robert Trent Jones II. All of day 2 is scheduled for playing golf up to 18 holes. This golf club is 7089 yards and PAR 72. Dinner and night stay in Srinagar.

On the 3rd day of the tour, you hit the road to Gulmarg Golf Course, the highest golf club in the world. This golf course is a massive 18 hole, 7505 yards, and PAR 72. Originally designed by Australian Golfer Mr. Peter Thompson, it was redesigned in 2011 the firm of Ranjit Nanda. Back to Srinagar for dinner and an overnight stay.

After breakfast transfer to The Royal Calcutta Golf Club, established in 1829, is not only the oldest golf club in India but the oldest in the world outside Great Britain. Originally located near the Calcutta airport, the club moved to the Maidan and finally to its present location at Tollygunge in 1910. The out-of-bounds boundary wall dangerously hugs the entire left flank of this hole. Greens at Royal are small by modern standards, but undulations make them tricky, and there is a little nap. From the tee the course looks deceptively easy, but its strength lies in its par fours, and to score requires good long and medium irons. The most significant are the two large tanks across the tenth fairway, the 457 yards par-4 jinx hole. From the tee, the tiger line is over the first tank and must carry all of 230 yards. The after route to the right leaves a very long second shot over the second tank, a good 100 yards wide, to a small undulating green wickedly trapped all around. Overnight stay at hotel.
