GENERAL IMPORTANT INFORMATION
– Extension to other places is also possible with an extra cost.
– Small deviations in the tour program are sometimes necessary, depending on weather, road conditions, flight schedules and room availability.
– In case, the government changes presently applicable taxes, increase in airlines prices, fuel surcharge our rates will need to be adjusted accordingly.
– Clients must be fully insured, as the company cannot accept liability for loss or damage to client’s property, medical emergencies or any other loss suffered by them whilst on tour.
– While every effort will be made to maintain the original itinerary, in view of local strikes, weather conditions, majeure force, pandemic situation, non-availability of any service, etc that are beyond our control, all schedule and itineraries are subject to last moment changes.
– In case of issuing Air Tickets, Train Tickets, Entertainment Show Tickets, Hot-Air Balloon Tickets, Cruise Tickets, etc etc, SGV is not responsible for any refund if the services are not availed by the guest(s) or delayed or cancelled. Refunds are at the discretion of the activity provider.
– We prepare and design the program according to our expertise and the feedback we have received from our partners over the years. Sometimes, guests have different expectations. Therefore, we request the guests to read and discuss the program in details if they have any doubts or questions.
VISA INFORMATION
– A visa (if any) is required for any country then it must be obtained prior to your departure from your Country.
– If you will request us to apply E-Visa on behalf of the guest(s) then we will apply and send you the application receipt. Grant of Visa / Decline of Visa is beyond our control and it is a decision of the immigration department.
– If visa is declined and guest could not travel, then we will not be liable for any compensation. The cancelation charges will be applicable as per the cancelation policy.
OPTIONAL EXCURSIONS INFORMATION
– Optional excursions (if any) must be booked with us as we are the service provider.
– Optional excursion booked through the third party may bring complaints and it will spoil the overall experience of the guest’s.
– If clients want to book any optional excursions then it must be booked in advance minimum 5 days before the arrival.
– We do not guarantee the availability of the optional excursions if guest (s) decide to book at the last minute or on the spot.
– We are also not liable for any complaints occur due to no availability.
HOTEL RESERVATION POLICY
– Guest(s) must present a Photo ID at the time of check in.
– No Show Policy: 100% of entire stay will be charged.
– Early check-out / departure is liable to full charges.
– No cancellations or amendments accepted on the day of the arrival.
– Early Check-In and late departures requests are chargeable and subject to availability.
– The standard Check-in time is 12:00 – 14:00 Hrs and Check-out time is 09:00 – 11:00 Hrs at most of the hotels.
– Change of the hotel will incur extra cost once the payment is made or if the booking falls under cancelation policy.
– If quoted hotel is not available, we will provide one of a similar category and standard with a supplement charges (if any).
– If hotel dishonours or shifts the booking to another hotel the after confirmation due to some internal reasons, then we will not be liable for any compensation.
– Breakfast, Lunches and Dinners will be served by the restaurant / hotel in buffet style, set-menu style depending upon the occupancy on that particular day.
– Additional hotel services, resort fees and city taxes must be paid to the hotel directly. SGV is not responsible for hidden hotel fees and have no control over their implementation.
– The hotel has a right to request guest’s credit card details or deposit upon check-in to cover the extra services and guarantee any incidental costs that may be incurred during your stay.
– Triple Room in every hotel is different. In some hotels, triple room is with folding (rollaway) extra bed, in some hotels triple room is with sofa-bed and in some hotel triple room is with mattress on the floor. Please check this information before arrival to avoid any problems.
– If clients want hotel in the city center or in any specific location in the city then you should inform us at the time of booking. If guest will demand the change of the hotel to any specific location of their choice upon arrival then it will incur additional charges and cancelation will be applicable as per the policy.
– It is the sole responsibility of the guest to check the booked hotels, after the booking confirmation has been sent. If guest(s) wants to change the hotel, then we must be informed in written by email within 48 hours after the confirmation was sent. We will change the hotel and inform the supplement (if any) of the new hotel.
– Twin Room (separate beds) are subject to the availability at the time of check-in in the hotels because every hotel has few twin rooms (separate beds) and hotel has to cater this request for many guests. Guests must be flexible if they do not get separate beds. There will be no compensation given. Room with smoking preferences and allocation of the room on high / low floor cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability at the time of check-in.
TRANSFER POLICY
– No amendments accepted on the day of arrival.
– Smoking / Drinking in the vehicle is prohibited.
– No Show Policy: 100% of entire stay will be charged.
– 100% cancelation will be applied if canceled 72 hours prior to arrival.
– Driver shall be waiting for you at the meeting point in the arrival hall of the terminal.
– Amendments are always subject to availability and may imply a change in the price of the reservation.
– If pick-up and drop-off destinations are changed at the last minute then supplement will be applicable accordingly.
– We don’t accept any responsibility for additional expenses due to the changes or delays in air, road, rail, sea or indeed of any other causes, all such expenses will have to be borne by the guests.

– If program has any train, flight, cruise, jungle safari, hot-air balloon, Entertainment Show Tickets, or any other activity that needs to be booked in advance then we would require the deposit for the same.
– If clients demand for the payment extension, then we can certainly try to extend the payment. But if any service is not available due to payment extension, then we will inform accordingly and look for the best suitable alternative.
– In case booking is made less than 21 days of travel, then we need 100% payment at the time of booking.
– Due to any reason, if guest(s) decide to discontinue, No show, Departs early or quit program during the tour, then there will be no refund of the unused services and 100% cancelation will be applied.
